After 7 years in analytical chemistry Tarrina changed career direction and moved into production and then operations management within the manufacturing sector before moving into the broader 'change management' and 'business improvement' area.
Tarrina has also coached over 25 premier league football players on cognitive psychology principles to aid the players in achieving their full potential.
Since establishing Optimorph the company has worked with over 20 different and diverse companies. In addition Optimorph has also been repeatedly engaged for the past 6 years by Business Link Kent and Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) and have been responsible for facilitating 7 best practice and resource efficiency clubs for the manufacturing and engineering sector across Kent.
In 2004 Tarrina was appointed as Non Executive Director of‘Operations’ at Fourayes Farm Ltd who were recognised as the 18th fastest growing company in Kent & Medway in 2007.

Tarrina resigned from this role in 2008 after providing 4 years of support to the business.
Maria has over 20 years experience working for a Blue Chip company and her background includes; HS&E Management coordination; Change management; Stock Control; MRP implementation; warehousing and production.
Maria also has experience as a union convenor and safety representative which involved high level negotiations both at a local level and with content on consultation papers, has a good knowledge of employee relation legislation and issues. Maria believes in partnership working and motivating people towards a common goal or company vision. Maria is also NEBOSH certified.
Since working for Optimorph Maria has been responsible for facilitating 5S improvement projects, MRP implementations and the delivery of vocationally related lean manufacturing training.
Clare Cornish BSc (Hons)
Clare has a broad background in manufacturing with experience ranging from packaging technology through to manufacturing supervision, stores / inventory management and production planning. More recently Clare’s career focussed on global supply chain planning alongside projects such as change management within the supply chain and MRP implementation projects.
Following a short career break Clare worked in the not-for-profit sector as a Project Officer, a liaison role with many contacts in major Kent based companies and local authorities.
Since working for Optimorph Clare has been responsible for facilitating Resource Efficiency Best Practice clubs and delivery of vocationally related lean manufacturing training.
